On Sunday a group of 12 (plus siblings and parents) brave Auskickers ventured out to GIANTS Stadium to participate in the traditional, and sadly lacking in 2020, half time Auskick game.

While the forecast indicated that wetsuits and snorkels would be needed to participate, luckily the rain held off and the kids could showcase their skills on the members ring, right in front of the grandstand. We even got to lend some of the older brothers to Kellyville to have a run as well!

The Giants didn’t quite manage to get the desired result against the Saints but that didn’t dampen (pun intended) the enjoyment of the day.The half time games are a great opportunity for our Auskicker kids (and families) to get free tickets to the game from the AFL, get out on the hallowed turf to strut their stuff and sometimes form a guard of honour for the teams as they come out for the second half.

We’re having a come and try day on the 18th April, then the official first week is 2nd May. If you are interested in more information please contact
