What an awesome morning this morning, we’re getting some real progress in the drills and games, it has been really good to see the kids starting to understand and share the ball around, plus getting to know each other and enjoying each others company. Fingers crossed there are no more increases in restrictions and we can continue for the next few weeks.
Just a heads up, if we are still going in 2 weeks on the 6th August, we’ve got Fathers Day. Normally Mothers Day falls during the Auskick season, but not 2020…. We’ll be having Dads vs kids games, in the Giants/Swans/Cats groups, so dads, start training to get ready for the game. No white-line fever, we want a nice, fair game, however there may be prizes for best on ground….
I’ll go through next week a few tips for those who are new to AFL and/or still learning the game, we had a visit from a Swans Academy coach with a few hot tips. As always, if there are any questions or issues, please let me know.
