NDIA Survey

The AFL, Deakin University and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) are working together to gain a better understanding of participation in sport by children of all abilities.

To enable a better understanding, they are distributing an online survey that forms the first step in gaining a snapshot of participation trends by families and children of all abilities.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could undertake the survey. In particular, NDIA are asking parents, guardians and coaches of children with disabilities, developmental challenges, or additional needs aged between 4 -17 years to complete the survey.

In addition, if possible, children (aged between 4 -17 years) are also invited to complete 2 questions as part of the online survey (with their parent/guardian).

Thanks for your cooperation and support.
